Product characteristics
The most advanced front and back sleeve materials have the characteristics of low temperature activation and open time. This series can be used for back sleeve and front sleeve materials with high hardness characteristics. The fabric to be applied is 10P fine cloth 16P fine cloth.
 

Note: The thickness specification of the above products shall be ± 0.05mm as the normal qualified range.

Instructions for use
All products in the ML series are high-rigidity and high-elasticity low-temperature Hong Kong Treasure Tablets. The time required for adhesion is short, and the bonding interface temperature is 85°C ~ 90°C. The activation temperature is 70°C ~ 75°C. If the cold/hot heel setting machine is used, the temperature of the hot mold shall be set to 90°C ~ 95°C for 10~15 seconds (the setting of temperature and time shall be adjusted according to the change of the surface cloth material and the inner material); If the California last method is used, the temperature of the heating activation system of the forming line shall be set to 100°C ~ 105°C for 5~7 minutes.
