Product characteristics
The most advanced front and back sleeve materials have the characteristics of low temperature activation and open time. This series can be used for back sleeve and front sleeve materials with high hardness characteristics. The hardness is SHORE 97A, and the activation temperature is 65°C ~ 70°C.

Instructions for use
1. The use of cold/hot heel setting machine:
Face preparation: put PHLGTSS series hot melt adhesive material into the back sleeve and fix it on the lower edge of gangbao by dispensing or car line.
When using cold/hot heel setting machine, the temperature of hot die shall be set to 85-90 ℃ (actual temperature of last, not surface temperature) for 15-25 seconds, and the temperature of cold die shall be negative 3 ℃-negative 15 ℃ for 25-35 seconds (the setting of temperature and time shall be adjusted according to the change of face and inner material); After completing the predetermined type, prepare to enter the forming assembly line.
The temperature of the heating and activation system of the molding assembly line should be set at 65-70 ℃ for 5-7 minutes (according to the molding effect, the time can be adjusted to be shortened appropriately). At this time, the hot melt adhesive material can be reactivated to make the upper fit the last better and the last shape more perfect.



 

2. Usage of front sleeve:
The part of the front sleeve can be used with an electric heating plate, with a set temperature of 85-90 ℃ for 7-10 seconds, so that the material can be completely attached to the upper and the inner. Enter the molding line.
The temperature of the heating activation system of the molding assembly line should be set at 85-90 ℃ for 5-7 minutes. At this time, the hot melt adhesive material can be reactivated to make the upper fit the last better and the last shape more perfect.

 

3. If the California type last is used to make a cold/hot post swelling/setting machine:
Put the PHLGTSS series hot melt adhesive material into the back sleeve.
The temperature of the heating activation system of the forming assembly line is set to 65-70 ℃ for 5-7 minutes, the material is activated, and the material is pressed with a setting machine to fit the material (the setting of temperature and time shall be adjusted according to the change of the face and inner material).
